30-day cancellation notice is required May through September. 14-day cancellation notice October through April.
If cancellation notice is given prior to these deadlines a full refund will be made, minus a 10% processing fee. If cancellation doesn’t meet the deadline, the party will be responsible for the entire dates of the reservation. If the cottage is re-rented, a full refund minus the 10% process fee will apply.
